Top Quality Product
Heatwell supplies and installs its own product with its Pro Series heating elements and the HT3 thermostats. The Pro Series element is a top quality heating wire that is assembled and tested in NZ by Servotech in Auckland. We guarantee our Pro Series heating element for 25-years.
Our TH3 series of thermostat / controller is developed in-house. The TH3 has been developed for NZ conditions. It comes preprogrammed and is easy to adjust. The TH3 comes in 5 styles that include black, white, vertical, horizontal, and wifi compatible. The HT3 comes with a 2-year guarantee.
Heatwell always install two floor probes. One is linked back to the thermostat. The other is left as a redundancy. Heatwell believes in trying to future proof your underfloor heating investment.
Professional Installation
Our team of installers have many years of underfloor heating installation. We pride ourselves on expert design and install, and will manage the process from initial quoting to final thermostat fit-off.
Our system of install includes fiberglass matting and screed (a self-leveling cement) over the top of our Pro Series heating element. Our system protects the cable, locks the cable into place, and provides a flat surface for your flooring preference. Our system will handle heavy foot traffic and heavy furniture.
Auckland Wide
We install Auckland wide. From Rodney to Franklin and all parts in-between. You may have to pay extra travel time for those out in the boonies. However, travel will be part of the quote.
We love our Pro Series cable. Heatwell does sell its Pro Series and HT3 thermostats to the wholesale and retail markets. It is possible we know an installer outside the Auckland region.

Heatwell’s Pro Series cable with our method of installation allows us to heat under most final flooring products. That includes tile, slate, carpet, machined wood, vinyl, and some composites.
